Paul, a graduate of Binghamton University has been with the company since inception in 2004. As the company's Executive Vice President, Paul's knowledge base that is invaluable, his duties include the preparation and supervision of all bid documents, project specifications, all phases of elevator and escalator modernization, maintenance specifications and maintenance contracts.

He is a graduate of SUNY Farmingdale and has been with the company since 2017.In addition to bringing over 30 years of expertise to our team, he is a leading troubleshooter in the elevator industry. He is an expert at building all aspects of elevator control panels and his family roots wit

 Anthony is our Director of Technical Operations. He is a graduate of SUNY Farmingdale and has been with the company since 2017.In addition to bringing over 30 years of expertise to our team, he is a leading troubleshooter in the elevator industry. He is an expert at building all aspects of elevator control panels and his family roots within elevator control manufacturing industry began in the 1950's. Anthony is also currently awaiting for his Inspector's license to be processed, since passing his exam in September of 2020.

 Jo Ann, a graduate of Dowling College has been with the company since inception in 2004. Her responsibilities include managing the company's finances, human resources, IT and software development.

  Donna has been with the company since 2009.  Her responsibilities include overseeing receiving mobile app alerts from the field inspectors and accepting category testing inspection results, which are then sent to elevator companies and clients. She tracks the inspections on DOBNOW for compliance and facilitates client payments on their behalf.

 Vanesa, a graduate of Briarcliff College has been with the company since 2013. Her responsibilities include creating and tracking client proposals, door lock monitoring and accounts receivable.

 Tom has been with the company since 2008. His responsibilities include managing the field inspectors/witnesses and scheduling of the category tests on an annual basis.

Noretta, a graduate of New York City College of Technology, has been with the company since 2015.  Her responsibilities include receiving mobile app alerts from the field inspectors and accepting category testing inspection results, which are then sent to elevator companies and clients. Christina, a graduate of CUNY Hunter College has been with the company since 2020.  Her responsibilities include receiving mobile app alerts from the field inspectors and accepting category testing inspection results, which are then sent to elevator companies and clients. She tracks inspections on DOBNOW for compliance.  She also manages and coordinates in-house social media and marketing.

She communicates with client and vendor to help facilitate materials are chosen and ordered for projected sta

 Gladys, a graduate of CUNY Queens College has been with the company since 2019.  Her responsibilities include project management and oversight on modernization projects once the project has been awarded to an elevator contractor. She communicates with client and vendor to help facilitate materials are chosen and ordered for projected start date. She will manage the project through completion, which includes approving payment applications.
